In 2010, his calendar is particularly full. The stars have aligned over Hannibal, Twain's hometown, making this the perfect year to visit this Mississippi River community in northeast Missouri.
"It's sort of a confluence of big anniversaries," explained Cindy Lovell, executive director of the Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum. "We've got the 100th anniversary of his death, the 175th anniversary of his birth and the 125th anniversary of the (American) publication of 'Huckleberry Finn.'
